Alright, so I'm back to T-Nation after a few years of hiatus and a few months of lurking and I'm starting this log so that I can more accurately keep track of my numbers. If anyone wants to comment, criticize, whatever, that's cool, but this is mostly just so I have a place to keep track of my own shit (I lose notepads like it's cool).
Anyway, maxes are recent (within a month) bests, body weight is as of today:
-6' @ 215lbs
-315 Squat (I know I've got more than this, but I'm back from a tailbone fracture)
-265 Power Clean
-~12 Pull Ups
BB Flat Bench - 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 255x3, 275x3, 285x2, 295x2, missed 315
DB Incline - 70'sx10, 90'sx8, 90'sx5
Pull Ups - 5, 12 (a few kips), 8
