Had anyone here attempted the TKK Challenge thats tucked away in Forever on pg 220? Looks really interesting and awful. Just curious if anyone has tried it?
I just was reading this one in Forever. Looks awesome and I really want to do it. I’ve been running Tactiball Barbell, but may take a detour to give this one a try.
