Lying Leg Curl: 6x10 7x10 [8x10 7x10 6x7 6x15 partials]
Hack Squat: 2(20kg plate each side)x10 2x10
A1 Donkey Calf Raises: 3x10
A2: Seated Calf Raises: 3x10

I have shitty calves.

Well now that birthday weekend is over I have to get my diet in check before I get fat.

Rough outline:

Meal 1: 4 Whole Eggs, 2 Egg White, 3 Pieces Whole Wheat Toast, 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Pre W/O: 2 Cups Oats
During W/O: BCAA w/ water
Post W/O: Banana with PB
Meal 2: 2 Whole Eggs, lean ground turkey/beef on 2 pieces whole wheat toast with Spinach
Meal 3: 2 Chicken Breast, 3 Cups Broccoli, 2 Cups Oats or Rice
Meal 4: 2 Cups cottage cheese

if i buy protein ill add to Post and replace meal 4 with shake
