Tired When Eating Few Carbs


every day when I eat only a few of carbohydrates I become very tired. But after eating a few carbohydrates (bread) I become awake.

Will this go away after a few days? Has someone experiences thereby?


your body is used to using carbs as its main source of fuel. If you’re following a high fat/low carb diet, give your body a few days to fat adapt. This will shift your body into using fat for fuel. However, you can just be tired because of the overall lack of calories you’re intaking. Are you upping your fat enough to make up for the lack of carb cals? Give this a try and see what happens.
