I am looking to pick up a large tire to have in yard to work out with. I am not training to do strongman, but I think it would be a good tool to have. I currently deadlift 545 lbs, squat 450 lbs, what do you think is a good weight tire to have?
Is what what your squatting and deadlifting raw? And what do you weight, that will determine how heavy a tire you have to use. But i'd prolly get a 650-700 tire.
