I was thinking about getting a non-repairable tire from an auto shop, drilling holes on opposite ends of it, looping rope through the two holes and tying it too my lifting belt. I want to do something for gpp for powerlifting. Is this a good way to do it or is there a better way?
If you go to www.militaryathlete.com, one of the links from the front page shows how they set up their tires for dragging. I believe it’s just a drilled hole, an eyebolt, and some towing strap material.
