Okay, well october 21st I’m going in to have the final revision (i.e. reduction) of my skin graft. I won’t bother you with the whole story of my surgeries, but it’s been a long three years and the end is in sight. So, I’m looking for advice in regards to this:
What do I do to best facilitate recovery through diet and supplementation? I’ve found before that Flameout and superfood and curcumin 500 are an awesome cocktail to help recover (though I don’t want to introduce curcumin 500 too early since it may have potential interactions with antibiotics). And I was just looking for any advice/ experience that you all might have. I’m hoping we get details on the new 36 hour pulse protocol soon, to see if I can wiggle that into there.
