Tip of the Day

regarding the tip of the day on leg mass, what are some good exercises to work the adductor muscles?


I Googled “adductor muscle exercises” and I got this:

Exercises that work the Adductors include:

Wide-stance squats
Adductions (I guess off that machine that women look much better doing than guys)
Side lunges

An admin or mod. should correct me if I’m wrong.
