i found heavy supine presses to be the best for forearm size for me. look at all big benchers, they all got big forearms. hammer curls may help somewhat too.

Captain of Crush?

I have very gracile wrists and I think my forearms are about 14.5 inches, though I don’t have a tape measure handy right now and that does sound big now that I look at it.

I can do the Captain of Crush #1 about 10 times each hand and all that, and never use straps for any lifts, but I’ll cut to my point and say I don’t think your actual wrist will ever get that much bigger. Mine haven’t.

Try deadlifts in a smith machine. My gym doesn’t have adedlift platform or anything so i tried it out today.

Having to apply pressure onthe barto stop the hooks from going back into the rack really works the forearms.
