Tiny Wrists & Good Forearm Exercises

I am tired of having smaller wrists. It is almost embarassing to wear my fake Rolex Oyster (from Hong Kong haha)and have it dangling around. I know I should add in some more wrist curls in to my routine, but does anyone else have any good foream excersizes?

do you already do heavy deadlifts and close-grip chinups ?

Static Holds.

I too have small wrists, but I’m not gonna let that hold me back.

slap your ham more.

No I currently do not do close grip chins, but lots of heavy deadlifts. I hear beating your meat to much will result in you eventually getting nothing from a chick giving ya head so…

You hear? Does that mean you don’t beat your meat or no one’s giving you head?

When she knows what she’s doing it should feel like intercourse. Possibly better. Handjobs are a different story.

Whoops, this is the bodybuilding forum…do wrists really have any growth potential?

fuck handjobs, i can do that myself.

I vote for heavy deadlifts. And isolation like wrist curls on alternate days.

Just dont use straps, ever.

Rows, deads, pullups, chinups, grip that shit.

You can’t take links out of your watch?

On top of lifting heavy without straps, I would think that grip work should help: plate pinches, hex db holds, wrist curls, wrist roller…

Fucking hilarious.

heavy static holds and farmer’s walks will give you the best wrist/forearm strength and size.

of course, exercises where you hold heavy weight such as deadlifts, shrugs, pullups, etc. will also help greatly.

I don’t think you’re really going to be able to increase the size of your wrist, at least not where you wear your watch. All the exercises mentioned can give you bigger forearms, but there’s not much muscle right at the wrist.

x2, although mine did get bigger in the past 3 yrs, but i also put on at least 50 lbs in that 3 yrs.

The only way to get your wrist bigger is to have a growth spurt, or a good long healthy dose of roids.

You can gain size in your forearms, doing all of the above. If you are looking for disproportionaly large forearms your going to have to concentrate on them for a long time plus maintain them for a while after that.

I believe AlteredState mentioned his wrists grew a little with some GH use in the past.

It depends on how old the OP is. If I remember your age correctly, you’re talking about from age 16 - 19. Wrist growth during that period is entirely plausible, but if he’s an older adult he shouldn’t be holding his breath.

x2 farmers walks.

I said when you do it in excess, which must be quite a bit. And I love getting head. Who doesn’t? Just ask this comedian… Mitch Fatel loves the Oral Sex - YouTube. No this is not some porno clip on youtube, it is a hilarious comedian talking about getting head.

And back to the point in the blog, thanks much for the tips and advice.

Link doesn’t work but the comedians name is Mitch Fadel.
