I don't think I need to give much detail about my lifts and previous training for this question, but let me know if you need any information.
I have previously relied on compound movements to add muscle to my forearms. Right now my arms look really out of proportion with a relatively big upper arm and tiny forearms. What would you guys suggest as the best excercises to add into my training split to build mass on my forearms? Also rough guidelines for rep schemes would be useful.
