I’m new in this Forum, but I’m close to the “Fitness World” since long time.
I’m French, I am 29 and I played American Football 13 years. I had to stopped it because I injured my Back and my Neck.
Since 1 year I restart Weight training, and since 6 month I can do Mostly of exercices without any pain.
My actual Rm are around :
Anatomic grip benchpress : +/- 6rm : 105Kg
Squat : 5RM +/- 125 Kg
Pause Squat : 5Rm +/- 105 kg
