Warm up -Tumminello's Weight Plate Metabolic Circuit @ 45lb 6,5,4,3,2,1 30 secs rest between sets

A. Front squats 135 x 20, 185 x 12, 225 x 8, 235 x 6, 245 x 6
B. Band pull throughs x 15, (x5 sets)

A. Kettlebell swings. 20kg x 20, 32kg x 15, 40kg x 12 (x3)
B. Back Squats 135 x 15, 185 x 12 (x4 sets) with a long pause @ the bottom

Bulgarian Split Squats 95lbs x 12 per leg (x5 sets)

Ab cluster and Defranco's Hip conditioning complex

20 x 2 hand swing
20 x figure 8's
20 x R.T.W
20 Weighted Situps
20 x weighted V sits

Complex @ 95 lbs.

Deads
BB Row
Snatch grip High Pull
Front squat
Push Press
Back squat

5 rounds of 6 reps, 1 min beween sets

3 rounds of 3 reps @ 135lbs.

1 round of 3 reps @ 155, 170, 175, and 185lbs.

1 Round of Squat Tabata @ 65 lbs.

Done.
