I have a question concerning the pulsing of MAG-10 and Finibars post workout.
If I consume a MAG-10 pulse post workout, then stagger every 30 min. with a Finibar for several pulses, will there be enough time–30 min–between consuming a Finibar and consuming a MAG-10 pulse? The reason I ask is that there is an emphasis on consuming the MAG-10 on an empty stomach.
If it was a problem i’m not sure they would recommend it Basically, the staggered approach is suppose to replace a post-training meal. MAG-10 is absorbed pretty fast, so i’m guessing this is the minimal amount of time they want for this approach. Follow the laid out plan and you should be good to go, i actually would love to try this myself someday soon, keep us posted on your experience.
