I was wondering what the fundamental difference would be between the following
6 reps of negative only chins 10sec each
1 negative only chin 60seconds
Both obviously have 60 seconds of negative tension. Is one preferable to the other. And why.
There’s a lag time between the 10-second reps that also should be factored in. But even so, I believe that the alternating practice of one and then the other, is more productive than the exclusive application of either one.
