So I’ve been slacking the last couple of months drinking daily, eating shitty, hardly training, etc. Needless to say my gains went down the drain.
So it’s time to get back on track. the plan is to eat a lot and often, hehe. PC meals early in the day and around training time, and PF meals after that.
I’ll start the first 55 days off with Poliquin’s Volume Training:
I’ll be lowering the weight for 4 secs on the pulling movements.
No idea what program I’ll do after that, maybe WSFSB…
