I’m doing a gym meet this upcoming Saturday and I’ll be weighing in Friday evening. I weigh in around 212 every morning and I am lifting at 220. I plan to bloat up until the weigh in at 4 PM on Friday and continue till Saturday morning.

Half gatorade/water mix
Pop tarts are awesome because they are loaded with calories but occupy like no space in your stomach. If you heat them up they pretty much dissolve in your mouth, so you don’t even have to chew. Great on a full stomach.[/quote]

I feel like that would be a little heavy. I went mainly with the fruity flavors. They seem to dissolve better and not coat your mouth.
And obviously the added fruit servings
