Im gonna be having gyno surgery in 2 months which will force me to take at least 6 week off from lifting. How should I approach this issue?
Completely overtrain for the next 2-months so that your body can super-compensate whilst you are forced to rest, maybe?
I don’t know if you need 6 weeks off. I have heard of guys only taking a few days off. I think if you train smart you should be able to start lifting in a week or 2 safely.
