Time In Transit

Anyone have any thoughts/insights as to if the time in transit for food is an indicator of the bioavailability of the food?

I’ve just noticed that when I break down and make a poor dietary choice, such as hibachi fried rice and noodles, I’ll often have quite a trip to the bathroom in 1 hour or less of eating the meal.

My only other thought is this could be a reflection of me being very intollerant of carbs as my cheat meals often have a lot of processed carbs.
