Bulldog: Leaning out the Old Dog

DAMN IT DAMN IT !!! HELL BULL SHIT!!! Had enough with this right shoulder, broke down and got in contact with the Orthopedic Doctor whom has worked on each one of my shoulders. I wont a better idea whats going on with it…

bummer that your shoulder is problematic good luck with the Ortho…and 20 rep squats are the devils work!

Try not to intimidate your doctor when you see him.

Good luck with the shoulder. Hopefully the Ortho can get to the bottom of it.

You had a shoulder fixed not too long ago, right? Is this the same one? Sometimes you just have to know what you’re dealing with. Thinking of you and sending good thoughts.

I think the scientist need to just stop screwing around and get on with creating the tech to implant 6 Million dollar man body parts when needed.

Lets hope so…my luck is we will end up doing a MRI and nothing really shows up like before. With each of my shoulders nothing showed up it was until he actually had a scope in me that we knew what was going on.

I want to be Steve Austin!!!

Your old logs read like you are Steve Austin, just need a good mechanic. I understand why you’ve been pissed off. Been there done that. After another good tune up you’ll be bulldog version 2.0.

Keep us all posted and feel free to omit the orthoscopic videos.

What about the PLAY-OFFS?!

Or the beginning of Wrestling Season?

My boys Football team got knocked out in the second round.

First Wrestling meet was last night. Oldest went from 185 lbs at the end of Football season and under 3 weeks dropped down and weighed in at 168.6 lbs for the first meet.

The first Meet was a multi school Meet and he ended up coming out of it 3-0.

Saw the Orthopedic shoulder specialist yesterday. X rays looked good no signs of any bone spurs or arthritis the joint looked pretty healthy. The Doc also feels that I don’t have any type of tear. He does feel and I forget the actual condition term he used, But in a nut shell he feels I just have a extreme amount of inflammation in the tissue around the shoulder.

He said he would not be surprised if he went in with a scope that the effected area would be blazing red. So he wants me to take double the amount prescribed of a over the counter anti inflammatory and focus on self physical therapy focused on the external rotation within reason. Give it a few weeks and get back with him and go from there.

With all those muscles, and that brawling, throw oriented wrestling style, I thought your oldest son weighed 189 at least! I hope both boys do well this year.

Good luck with the shoulder.

UGH the shoulder just has me pissed…

But about the oldest between his lack of height at 5 feet and 8 inches bone structure and being lean gives him the that look.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy belated Thanksgiving. How’s the shoulder doing?
