Time For A New Program

Alright, so I've been lifting for about 7 weeks now and have completed Chad's ABBH and ABBH II. I loved both programs and gained size and strength. However, I don't know where to go from here. I've looked at many of the other progams on this site, but I haven't found one that suits me yet. So, I need a reccomendation to check out.

My goals are:
Primary: Increase strength in Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press.
Secondary: Gain overall mass

So, I want a program that includes the Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press and isn't focused on pure hypertrophy.

Then squat, deadlift, and bench. 3x a week--leading with a different exercise each time.

You've finished ABBH and ABBH2 in 7 weeks? I'm impressed seeing as each program would normally take 7 weeks on their own.

I also have just finished ABBH 1 & 2 although it took me 15 weeks. Have similar goals to yourself. I'm moving onto WS4SB this week. Looks to fit the bill. I'll try that, and variations, till the end of the year.

Huh... I must've misunderstood the programs then. I thought they were each 28 days :confused: Oh well, I gained anyway.
