A few weeks ago, I felt a twinge in my back during my last work set on squats. I decided to not push it and train what I could and didn't do anything with spinal loading for the past 3 weeks. The problem is, it feels like something is out of place. When I try to crack my lower back by rotation, there is a tightness on my left side, possibly my left spinal erector and I can't get it to pop.
I've tried various methods to 'reset' my SI joint, but I can't get it to pop either. After wasting a full 5/3/1 cycle with the injury, it's my deload and I really want to get this sorted out for my next cycle. Anyone have any experience with something like this?
