i have been on this diet for a while now, and i am loosing weight, but seem to have a lot of loose skin…whats the best way to get rid of it…will lifting weights do it? i need to tighten my chest the most…should i do benchpress?
If you’ve been overweight in the past, you can expect some natural tightening due to elasticity, but not much. Surgery is the only cure. You can’t train off loose skin.
Try fillin that skin wit some excess muscle!
