Tight Hamstrings


Hey I am a powerlifting and I have really really tight hamstrings and hips. I have looked online at some exercises to rectify this problem. However, watching videos is not so great when it is just one persons perspective. Therefore, has anyone been in a similar position and found any useful exercises to fix this.

Hi buddy.
I have the same problem as you. All my years of pro soccer has tightened my hammies and hips.
Currently Ive been trying to foam roll heaps using a hard softball and PVC pipe. I have found
isometric stretching helps a bit aswell.
