Tight Bicep

Hey guys

Been having an issue with my biceps lately, whenever they’ve been flexed for more than a few minutes (e.g. reading a book), its hard to straighten my arm afterward. If I do, the muscle feels extremely tight near the elbow, and is quite painful. This goes away after slowly stretching it out and massaging it a little.

My training consists mostly of the Olympic lifts, pulls and squats, and twice a week I bench, row, curl, OHP. I guess it has something to do with the curling and rowing. I stretch my biceps as part of the general warm up but thats it.

Any ideas?

try foam rolling your triceps.

sometimes when one muscle group seems problematic… it turns out to be the victim of a problem with the opposing muscle group. sometmes…
