I have really tight adductors and outside hip tension. I don’t really know what the muscle outside of the hip is, but when I squat i feel pain in either my groin or my outer hip. Do you guys have any tips on stretches or mobility drills for these areas?
There’s a stretch I do for my adductor cause I get the same thing. You put one leg forward like your about to do a lunge, foot flat on the grown and the other goes back as far as you can go. That foot should be on toes. Your doing a wide stance lunge as deep as you can go. Hope I explained it all right but that will stretch your adductors.
