Tiger Balming Worked Out Parts

just wanted your input on this.

for the sake of recovery, let’s say you apply some tiger balm type substance to your worked out parts, would it aid in recovery?

it would of course cause cutaneous vasodilation, but would it be enough to affect the blood flow to the muscle beneath?


ps. [off topic] i also read that drinking plenty of COLD water per day would result in caloric usage… fact or fiction?
