Tibialis Anterior?

Just wondering if O-lifters ever do anything to target the tibialis anterior?

Most of the O lifters I know don’t target ANY muscle groups at all…they work movements not muscles.

So should you.

Assuming that he is an O-Lifter of course…

hahaha, the only time that gets worked is when loading plates onto the bar I hold the plates off the ground with my feet. (tilting the bar).

Also, I agree with the above poster. We work movements.

KK, thanks everyone for your responses. My feeling is that if olympic caliber lifters dont need to train this muscle, then i have no need to train it either.
