Anyone else experience this? I've never had an issue when I raw squat, but when I wrap, 50% of the time I get some serious soreness/pain in the tibia area of my shin. Help!
Would need a video of each personally but I'm willing to bet the when you put the wraps on its pushing your knees out in front alot more than usual hard to tell with out actually seeing but could be alot to do with it.
Does it go away when you unwrap or lingwr for a while?
Lingers. Still sore today. I'm willing to bet my knees traveled too far forward. Just saw some of your vids in the Personal Records thread, crazy how straight your shins stay. I'll get a video asap.
