All aspiring biochemists: I have a question.
I have been on levothroid since I was sixteen. My principal goals are to lose some fat, as I have over 200 lbs of lean mass, and around 50 of body fat.
In what ways will being on a steady dose of levothroid have an effect on 1) training 2) diet and 3) supplementation. I know some people “bounce” calories to change thyroid levels, and there’s a warning on E/C/A stacks that warns against people with thyroid conditions using them.
Should I use any special cautions?
