220 lean.
Aren’t you like 9 feet tall. 220 really will be lean.
I cannot describe how much I wish this sentiment was commonplace amongst men.

To help with this I remind myself I am closer than I was yesterday, and eat some more egg whites.
the remainder of this year. slow. no crash diet so I don’t get the rebound.
for now, eat bb’r food up to 2500 calories per day. train everyday. If a week goes by and I don’t lose any weight cut a small number of calories. (200-300)
Once I’m lean, so lean my face is sucked in again, 203 lbs again like pic below, I’ll seek advice.
