I’m glad you said left, because my right elbows been bugging me for months lol. Left is holding strong. The right just really, really did not like me trying to do weighted chins.

I see that the last few training days are low calorie and low carb, unlike before. Is this intentional and how do you feel about lifting. Is the power ok?

I don’t notice a difference. I’m used to what it feels like, it’s my go-to move to lose weight fast.
