Hi im 21 and from Newcastle Upon Tyne (over the water in rainy little England)
I have been training on and off for about 3 years (more off than on i would add!)
I stop taining about a year ago and started it back up about 3 months ago.
I have seen good improvement to my Biceps and triceps, but not alot on my chest or back.
attached are a few pics. If anyone has any suggestions, hints or tips i would appreciate your response.

- Height: 5’ 5"
- Weight: 147lbs (10.5 Stone)
Not sure of arm or chest sizes because ive never tried to measure them and im unsure of how to do it.
