just curious say you had 3 days a week to hit the gym and you were trying to put on size, how would train?
You know you are asking the “train as much as you can aslong as you can recover” guy about training
3 times a week. He is probably the wrong guy to ask because he have stated that he doesnt make 3 splits anymore as far as my memory serves me.
If I where you I would either ask one of the other more minimalist coaches for advice or ask at the begginers
forum for advice.
