Thoughts on This Lateral Raise Video?

I have been performing this exercise as part of my warm-ups along with Band Good Mornings, Band Face Pulls, Band Pull Aparts, etc. with much success. A very full range movement that I believe really warms-up the shoulder girdle nicely. I have been using 2.5 and 5kg plates for 2-3 sets of 10-20 reps.

Actually Thibs linked this video some time ago that he occasionally do this after (maybe) pressing layered workout. Great exercise btw.

nickj_777: So… have you incorporated this exercise into your warm-ups? Curious; it has helped my post-op shoulder ROM (mobility) and strength tremendously.

CT does 3-4 sets BEFORE doing muscle snatches to pump the deltoids.
