Given the new article on the front page about the Pulse Feast... what are peoples thoughts on the original Warrior Diet for the sake of dropping body fat and hanging onto muscle mass?
Any tweaks you would make?
I ask mainly because the ANACONDA Protocol isn't going to happen over here in the UK for a student any time soon... and in any case I prefer to minimise the use of supplements. The occasional protein shake is good to go however!
Supplements are NOT necessary for intermittent fasting!

Why not get the newest edition of the Warrior Diet and see what tweaks Ori made himself, none of which necessitate supplementation.
Try the IF version that CT referenced in the LiveSpill. Google "leangains intermittent fasting". It's Martin Berkhan or something like that.
