Thoughts on Stretching Between Sets?

I would like to know your point of view on stretching the muscles between sets?
Is it a good thing to do or should we avoid it?

It works well for around 20% of the population, won’t hurt or won’t help for around 50% and will hurt 30%. Roughly.

Those who benefit from it are the neurotype 3 individuals. People who are more introverted, need a plan to function well, do not like changes, have a higher level of anxiety. These guys have a higher level of anxiety which increases muscle tightness, especially in the flexors muscles. And as their nervous system becomes more activated with training that tightness can increase. So stretching between sets can help them.

The neurotype 1A and 1B (extroverted, confident, very competitive, get bored easily, risk takers) will have a decrease in performance when using stretching between sets.

The neurotypes 2 (2A and 2B) won’t get much out of it, but it won’t hurt them either
