I’m finishing up the 20 week BBB program from the Beyond book. Seeing some pretty good results on my squats & deadlift. I’m thinking of repeating the program and curious if anyone has done that.
My current training maxes are
This last cycle, I squatted 460x6, benched 365x3 and pulled 635x4. So I’m obviously going to take my bench TM down, should I proceed with the same squat and dead numbers or reset them also?
