For you that have done it, what do you think? I am just thinking of doing this for a week before deloading/rest week to add crazy amount of volume and intensity. Also to add more variation to my workout.
hard to imagine that one week of any particular training method or set/rep scheme will really make a tangible difference in your growth. But if it’s something you want to do to see if you like it, sounds like it would be worthwhile.
Yeah. Just want to add some variety in my workout, not necessarily to add more growth. I get bored easily. I am just thinking a week in a month. Listening to my body, I’d be fried or maybe get injured if I do that intensity and volume every week.
