Started my diet a couple of days ago and have been thinking about giving it a little boost. Website I found online allows you to create your own pills and has a pretty wide array of ingredients to chose from. Here is what I came up with.
RASBERRY KETONES 500MG
GREEN TEA EXTRACT (50% CATECHINS) 400MG
COLEUS FORSKOHLII (20% FORSKOLIN) 400MG
GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE (75% GYMNEMIC ACIDS) 400MG
SYNEPHRINE HCL 20MG
BITTER MELON EXT. (10% CHARANTIN) 200MG
LONGJACK 100:1 (TONGKAT ALI) 30MG
HOODIA GORDONII (20:1) 450MG
Taken 2x daily, before breakfast and before my pre workout shake or afternoon meal if not lifting that day.
Didn't add any caffeine since I still have my cup of coffee in the morning. The synephrine and green tea extract should give me a boost...at least thats my thinking.
Any opinions on it? Should i add or take away anything?
