I am fairly well educated when it comes to strength training however i lack knowledge in regard to BB training/creating a routine. Some advice would be great.
I am planning on doing a 4 or maybe 8 week progression with the following strength training routine. This is not a really a power lifting split.
M - Heavy Squat/Dead
T - Heavy Bench
W - Heavy Back/Shoulders/Biceps
Th - Dynamic or Volume Squat/Dead
F - Dynamic or Volume Bench
Sa - Dynamic or Volume Back/Shoulders/Biceps
Su - Off, swim for recovery usually.
Cardio on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Abs on Wednesday, Friday, and Light abs on Sunday.
After this I was planning on going into a 4 or maybe 8 week phase of BB training, I am not sure about a proper split, but this is something I came up with, let me know what you think.
M - Chest
T - Quads, Calves
W - Back, Posterior Deltoids
Th - Hams, Glutes, Lower Back/Erectors
F - Shoulders
Sa - Arms
Su - Off
Cardio every other day, Abs on non-cardio days, thoughts?
