Ive been applying CT's HPMASS principles and Im on week 4 of his HPMASS program. My question is I usually do athletic activities such as pick up basketball games at gym and intramural football, would I perform these on Neural charge activation days. These activities normally last about an hour or so. I know all the running and short sprints are anaerobic cardio themselves, i just didnt want to drain CNS and affect my HP Pressing performance days. At the same time, i want to be able to go play bball or football as well. Any thoughts on how i would incorporate them into the HPMASS layout. thanks.
