Thoughts on a Good Bulking Protocol?

My goal is to bench 405 and be as big as possible, like many others. I love the intermittent fasting lifestyle, but i realize it’s not optimal for strenght gains.
What is a good bulking protocol and meal plan for achiveing maxium strenght (bodyfat gain is not an issue)?

There are plenty of good diets plan on the site. But the purpose of this forum is not to provide private coaching services (which is something I do for a living) but to help people by answering questions.\

Furthermore I am not a “pro-bulking” guy. I never have anybody “bulk” so my approach would not be what you are looking for.

Look into “Delta 1250” from TC a few years back. It’s a spin on the old ABCDE diet.
