OK so I’m not fat by any means , but I am at 12% body fat and want to get down to around 8%. Pretty sure I can get there shedding 5- 8lbs but while on a 4 day a week lifting program, Ian King’s get buffed, what would be good supplemental cardio? LOng distance or short sprints for fat loss???
Short sprints imo.
I’d say either short sprints or long incline walking. Forget about the jogging, especially if you’re on a restricted calorie diet.
