Thoracic Spine Mobility?


Hi guys I've got some mobility problems which are impacting my training at the

moment. Apparently the top of my thoracic spine is very mobile but the mid

back area (between my shoulder blades) is flattened and very inflexible,

according to my physio that happened due to overuse of my lower back erectors

which are now really strong as opposed to my mid back. Does anyone know any

mobility exercises that I could do for that area or anything that might help?
