Weight 205 pounds
Please help me guys, i think i have a really good plan, but for some reason when the night falls i start eating, i mean really fucking eating (and things i shouldn't eat like cereal, soda, or crap like that).
I'll be boxing 5 days a week and weight training 3-4 days a week.
