Nope. The only reason I found this post a problem was that in the past “Balance Training” was found dumb and usless.
And Coach Davies is one of those coaches that believes in: “Balance Training” example: Indo-Board and Swiss ball “squats” and other exercises.
So, thats the reason that I was against this post. Make fun all u want.
I just didn’t feel it was right thats all;).
