This Power Rack/Lat Attachment a Good Buy?

Does this seem like a solid addition to a home-gym? Other than the bench press, deadlifts, squats, etc, I intend to put it to use for, I’m also rather enticed by the lat pulldown/seated row attachment. Will this also let me do a variety of other movements such as face-pulls, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, abdominal crunches, woodchoppers, etc?

What would you guys suggest someone like me look out for when they’re after such a purchase?

Seeing stuff in person and trying it out is always nice whenever possible. Load it up, shake it around a little bit to see if it squeaks or gives, stuff like that.

See it in person. I’d be weary of products that have a boat load of features. If you want a cable set up, and you are a little crafty, you can settle on a simpler rack and rig up your own pulley system. It will save you a lot.
