This peaking plan is said to be a product of Yuri Verhoshansky (co-author of ?Supertraining?) mind. This plan will increase your strength and power tremendously. Use this plan for prime strength building movements. These lifts include Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, Clean & Jerks, Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Presses, and Leg Presses.
