This Morning's Breakfast


Just finished an excellent meal. I trained this morning at 7 AM, and I feel great.

Hit a PR: Back Squat - 225 lbs x 17 reps.

6 whole eggs
Cayenne Pepper
Himalayan Salt
Paprika
Ketchup

and 1 bagel

I rather stupidly thought it was a doughnut, congrats on the PR
